P'lovers the Environmental Store, founded in Halifax in 1992, was one of the first stores to specialize in environmentally friendly products. P'lovers has grown to five stores -- Halifax and Mahone Bay, in Nova Scotia; Stratford, Bayfield, and Port Perry in Ontario -- making it the largest network of environmental stores in Canada. P'lovers opened in Port Perry in May 2002.

P’lovers is filled with hundreds of wonderful products designed to help people live more sensitively with the earth. We believe the actions of each and every one of us can positively affect the quality of the world in which we live. By modifying our lifestyles, using our purchasing power to reflect our values, and supporting activities which respect and protect the diversity of life, we can make a difference.
